Co-Ops
Co-op education, or co-operative education, is a program where students get the chance to work in an industry related to their field in a long-term setting, usually during a semester. In place of going to class, for a duration of approximately 6- months students work in their field of study to gain meaningful experience. Co-op students have an opportunity to dive deeper into projects and contribute to our teams. At Align we offer Co-ops for technology and engineering students.

It all starts with a smile.
This summer I worked on a cash flow analysis. Taking on such a big project is a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone I’ve met has been so open and willing to help whenever I need it. I really feel like I belong at Align.
Robel
FP&A Intern
Align offered me an unmatched level of hands-on work in my internship, something I would not have received in an intern-only/rotational program. I truly felt that I made an impact on my projects.
Aaysuh
Software Engineering Intern
I chose Align because I wanted to work for a company that wanted to make the lives of patients, doctors, and caretakers easier. Align fits this category as the core product lets patients be more confident in their smile, and it helps doctors develop better solutions to orthodontics.
Arthur
R&D Intern
I highly recommend Align Technology Internships. My experience has given me many opportunities to learn from those around me, how to network, how to work in a corporate setting, how to not be afraid to ask questions and hands-on experience.
Megan
Philanthropy, Inclusion and Wellness Intern
My team started putting my strategy into action, and it makes me feel like I could actually make an impact here, even by the end of the summer. That’s certainly more than I can say for past internships!
